Orders using this service will use one of our couriers. The shipping estimate is then 3-5 working days. If you are not in they will attempt to deliver to a safe place or a neighbor and post a slip through your door.
Some items are listed as available as they are available with our supplier and will be ordered on demand. This may mean a slight delay to shipping as we order your game in. This is specified as a note in the games description along with the date expected. If the game is in our direct stock the game note will mention that as well, and we aim to deliver that same day or the day after.
Our last day for Christmas Delivery is the 18th of December.
We cannot post standard delivery to the Channel Islands.
Collect Plus Local Store Delivery
We use the Collect Plus service to offer delivery to late opening convenience stores near you. This delivery method is inexpensive, but also is ideal if you are not in during the day to receive your parcel. This service allows you to go to the convenience store to pick the parcel up once it has arrived, and the stores are usually open after normal working hours. If you use this method find your nearest Collect Plus shop here
and then advise us which store you want us to use in the Special Instructions section when placing your order. If you forgot to tell us we will contact you and ask you before shipping.

There are some size restrictions on this delivery method, in the rare case where a combination of games makes this method unavailable we will advise before posting.
As postage prices to international locations from the UK vary wildly, we offer a flat fee price for international shipping. Once we arrange the postage if we find the amount to be less than the flat fee we will refund the difference so you only pay for the shipping. In rare cases shipping cannot be arranged at all, if that is the case we will inform you of this and refund your money. Postage does not include any taxes that may be applicable when importing items into your country.

Refunds and Returns
Damaged or faulty items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 7 days. Where possible we will try to replace any missing parts although this can take some time as we have to go through the distributors and they may have to contact an international company to get the part from them. In many cases missing parts can be replaced direct from the manufacturer. Where an exchange is not available, a 100% refund can be provided. Any returns postage will also be reimbursed once we have received the item and seen it faulty or damaged. In the event of a gift we appreciate it may be more than 7 days before you realise that a part is missing and we will endeavor to replace missing parts in these cases.
Wrong item received or Undelivered Items
If we send you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. Then having got confirmation from us please return the item unopened within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the returns postage and send the correct item, should you still require this.
Please contact us if your item has not arrived with you 15 days after we change the status of your order to shipped. After this time refunds or replacement items will not be available.
Should you change your mind, simply notify us immediately and return the item unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt to obtain an exchange or refund to the value of the item. The shipping in this case is at your cost.
