Any sale made at in person at a games club is given a 5% discount to our standard web prices. This discount is separate to any offers made exclusively on the web site, including any sales, discounts or vouchers. Those offers are not available for in person sales at clubs or other venues.
Some items of stock are ordered on demand from our supplier when you place your order. We update our stock list with available stock to reflect if the item is available at the time of order. The date we expect to have the item in is shown on the listing.
If some items are in direct stock and others supplier stock, we will wait to ship until all items are in. If you wish for them to be shipped separately extra postage can be calculated.
If there is any delay to this past the stated date, due to unexpected supplier availability or other issues, we will provide a 5% discount for use against your next order.
If there are other orders delayed after the first that would mean gaining another 5% discount active at the same time as the first, this discount isn't given as each customer can have a maximum of 1 x 5% late order discount at any one time. Once the discount has been used a further late order discount can be given.
We take a preorders for a product before its release. If you place a preorder with us money is taken from your account when you place the order, we will then post the product to you as soon as the item comes into our stock. The date we provide on the website is an estimate for the games release and is subject to change dependent on our suppliers.
Shipping will be charged assuming maximum weight (£5.99 per item for standard delivery) as the exact weight and shipping costs are unknown until the item is in stock, however you will be refunded the difference if the actual postage is less. Please email for a postage guide.
If your preorder is mixed with items that are in stock, we will wait until all the items are in before sending. If you want the items that are stock sooner please place a different order
As you have probably seen, we produce unboxing videos for the games we stock. Once we have unboxed a game, we may take it to an event or two as a demo game, then it is all carefully packed back up. To allow us to carry out further unboxing videos we then offer those games here at a reduced price, giving you like new games at a cheaper price. We make sure all the pieces are present and the condition is excellent, however slight scuffs or marks may be present on the box from transportation.
We offer a service where we list your preowned games for free, and only take a fee based on a percentage of the sale if the game sells.
The cost of your shipping will be included in the price of the game.
Once received, any issues with the game and its contents are to be directed to the seller with regards to resolution, we are not responsible for and cannot compensate for those issues. We ask sellers to be as accurate with description and pictures as possible.
If the parcel is lost or damaged in transit to you, we ensure that compensation is available and you will be compensated. Once we receive notification from the courier that the parcel has been received by you, we are no longer responsible for the condition and the package cannot be declared as lost. You have 15 days after being notified the game has shipped by us to declare a none delivery.
To list the game we need the following emailed to email@example.com:
Pictures of the game that reflect the condition of the game.
Description of the game condition and if any elements are missing.
Physical weight of the game.
Rough dimensions of the game.
Your PayPal details for sending money of your sale.
The requested sale price of the game (we will add calculated shipping onto this before listing).
We will calculate the postage and add this to the price we list the game at. We reserve the right to refuse listings based on the content or item if we feel it is not appropriate for our site.
All deliveries will be handled by My Hermes. This means we can effectively track the parcel and offer compensation should there be any issues. Once the parcel shows as being received by My Hermes we will action either a PayPal or issue a Gift Voucher depending on your decision below.
Once sold we will contact you and send you a PDF to print and attach to your packaged game. You then have a maximum of 1 week to take the parcel to one of the My Hermes stores shown here
. If you do not send within that time the buyer will be refunded.
If you are no longer able to sell the game or the condition of the game changes, please inform us as soon as possible so we can alter the listing.
Receiving your money:
At this point you can choose to either,
A) Have us send you the requested sale price, less 15% for our listing fee, to your PayPal account as a personal transfer.
B) Have us send you a gift voucher for the requested sale price, less 5% for our listing fee
We will ask which option you would like when we send your shipping labels.
